Raising Confident & Good Children

 Children are of course a gift of nature bestowed upon us. They are such a wonderful creature that nature smiles on them. Kids of any being, caste or creed are really lovable. Of course you surely desire that your children should have self confidence, pride and familiar with good values in life. As a mother childrens may be more closer to you. To make them feel lovable and confident you should:

• Set up Good Examples

Children copy you at once. If you do some thing good it will have good affect on their personality. What you say and do everyday reflect what you think about the world. If you say good stuff, your children will do the same. Children are great imitators. It’s important for you to say and do nice things anytime anywhere. 

• Show Appreciation and Happiness.

Whenever your children accomplish anything, maybe how small it is appreciate him heatedly. Show and share all the happiness and positive energy and thoughts with the children. If you’re happy, they’re happy too. By doing this, the children will learn that life is enjoyable. Tell them you are happy with them and they will feel relaxed in the house.

• Be Attentive to Them

Sometimes your children ask questions that sound silly to adults, like “Mom, where does the sun sleep when the night comes?” Listen to them and answer seriously, “The sun doesn’t sleep. It shines in other places in the world.” By listening, children will feel that they get respect from their parents. When you listen to your kids attentively they develop a sense of closeness to you.

• Introduce Them to Nature & World

Take them out to parks, sea side etc and show them around. Tell them that all things happen in the world are connected to each other and that there’s a reason for it. For example, water is needed to irrigate plants and plants are food source for other living creatures. 

• Be flexible With Your Rules

Of course discipline is good for healthy growing of children but at times you have to be bit flexible in your dealings.Children should be informed about what they should do. However, always take notice on their development. There will be time when they can decide what they want to do. By being flexible with your rules, children will stay cheerful and expressive. 

Remember children are the future of this world so it is your responsibility to raise confident, respectable and good citizens of the world.
